Junior Lamp Engineer – Lighting

Ceravision is seeking a Junior Lamp Engineer to join the Research and Development team.  The role includes but is not limited to: supporting manufacturing and testing of plasma lamps, developing processes for fabricating light sources; operating vacuum systems; photometric and electrical testing, measurement, dose and data recording; maintaining test equipment; assembling and inspecting lamp systems; and maintaining accurate up-to-date records of all activities.

To be considered, candidates should ideally have experience of experimental research and data analyses. Photometric experience using vacuum systems would be advantageous. The role is full time and will be based in Milton Keynes.

Qualifications: Higher education in a scientific discipline, preferably chemistry or physics.
