At the core of our HEP plasma grow-lights is the proven ionCORE™ light engine.
ionCORE™ combines a stable controlled source of RF energy within a compact discharge chamber to provide an intense light emitting plasma. This small light source can be accurately positioned in a precisely designed optical environment to deliver as much light as possible to a target area. The compact and versatile form factor, with a dose that can be tailored to different spectral outputs, makes this plasma grow-light ideal for many horticulture applications.
Our UV grow-light demonstrates this reliability and flexibility. Its unique spectrum, concentrated in the 280-550 nm range,delivers the UV-B, UV-A and blue-light. The UV-B is particularly important to optimise taste and nutritional and medicinal values and to help sterilise grow rooms, but it is missing from indoor growing environments. Applied post-harvest, UV-B also helps to prolong produce freshness.
